A Menu Celebrating Italian and Brazilian Heritage
Pan Divino embraces Chef Mondonico’s ‘less is more’ philosophy, using earthy elements like flame, smoke, and salt to create memorable dishes. With a strong focus on seafood, the seasonal menu features highlights such as the signature salted blue-eye trevalla, cured and dry-aged in-house, drawing inspiration from Mondonico’s Brazilian roots.
Guests can also enjoy our crudo bar, a unique experience in Sydney’s inner-east, offering fresh oysters, yellowfin tuna, snapper, and silver trevally, all prepared to order. For pasta lovers, our daily hand-rolled and shaped creations include spaghetti with prawns and bottarga and gnocchi with short rib ragu.
Bottomless Lunch
Bottomless includes the snack menu all dish are shareable ,plus 1.5hours of house wines. Additional menu items can be purchased a la carte. Cocktails can be included for an additional $30pp. Reservations are for a 90-minute duration and available Thursday , Friday , Saturday and Sunday bookable until 3pm.
A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to all tables of 6+ Guests. A standalone 10% pricing surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays

Introducing our Bottomless Lunch, an exclusive dining experience available from 12 PM to 3 PM. Enjoy a 1.5-hour package with two exciting tiers:
Tier 1: Bottomless Wine Lunch – $90 per person, includes a selection of fine wines and small snacks from our menu.
Tier 2: Bottomless Cocktail Lunch – For an additional $30, enjoy our signature cocktails served in jugs, perfectly paired with a curated snack menu.
Gather your friends, relax in our courtyard, and indulge in a leisurely afternoon filled with great food and drinks.

Nestled behind the main dining area, this rustic space is a hidden gem in Surry Hills. The courtyard features a crudo bar where fresh seafood is prepared to order, making it an idyllic setting to enjoy our signature dishes or unwind with a cocktail. With its warm, inviting atmosphere and vintage touches, our courtyard is an oasis where guests can savour every moment, surrounded by the heritage charm of our 1912 building.
